How safe is your data in Indian Banks?

ARE INDIAN BANKS KEEPING YOUR DATA SAFE?

You will find a surprise that most sales call you recieve today already know your cibil scores, your running insurance, your credit cards. Does that happened with you? If yes then read this blog.

Banks in India are into business of databank. Banks often put recruitment drives through consultants and demand your salary slips, pan card, aadhar card in advance and as you are bound to seek employment for daily necessity, you tend to give this confidential documents. They have no process to inform the candidate in writing on status of interview and expect candidates to forget drive if they did not recieve calls. If you check with your consultant they would not have any idea so a fraud is conducted in so called legal way of ignorance.

How do you know that your pan details were not used by banks to provide you loans that may have been reinvested on your name in share markets or otherwise. Most of us can't even check details with them. A written note should be sent to appearing candidates citing exact reason of no selection so that he can improvise or avoid wasting his time with return of these valuable documents.

An audit check of data collected via recruitment  drives not being misused should be done in serious arm.

There must be easy provision for citizen to report forced account opening by recruiters in case they wish to continue same savings account for salary. India is loosing heavily on confidential data in present government is lazy on it for personal goals.
